Design and production of Nava Atlas' "Vegetarian Soups for All Seasons" published by Amberwood Press.

This is the third edition of this popular vegetarian (updated to be dairy-free) cookbook and the writer and publisher wanted to revamp the design. I was responsible for designing and producing the book interior and cover design. I stayed perpetually hungry while working on this.
